Description of the tour Whilst we believe all tours to be accurately described at the time of publication we reserve the right to make any alterations without prior notice. 2. Payment A deposit of £25 is required at the time of booking. Full final payment is required to be received not less than fourteen days before the date of the tour. 3. Operation of Tours We make every effort to ensure that tours take place as contracted but on occasions, due to circumstances prevailing, we may be required to vary the order or nature of the tour. 4. Closure of Attractions or Services On occasions attractions or services may be suspended without notice. On each occasion we shall strive to make alternative arrangements. If this occurs on the day of a tour we will liaise in full with the tour leader. We shall refund fares or admission charges or use these for the purchase of agreed alternative fares or entrance fees. 5. Late Running Group Days Out cannot be responsible for the consequences of the late arrival of coaches and any change to the itinerary that results. If entrance fees or fares are lost as the result of lateness we will only issue a refund if the attraction or service operator is willing to refund Group Days Out Ltd. 6. The Coach Any coach provided for a tour must have a fully working microphone and public address system. If that is not the case we reserve the right not to provide a commentary on the tour. In addition the coach must have a vacant front seat for the sole use of our guide. 7. Fares All fares quoted are based on the tariff at the time of publication. We reserve the right to vary these in accordance with circumstance at any time. All changes will be notified to the tour organiser at the time of booking. 8. Complaints Whilst we strive to provide a service that fully meets tour organisers’ expectations there will be times when the need to make a complaint is felt. As it is important that complaints are dealt with at the earliest opportunity we would be grateful if the complaint is brought to the notice of the guide during the operation of the tour. If this is not possible please contact us by telephone, email or letter at the earliest opportunity. We shall endeavour to reach an acceptable resolution with the tour organiser. Whilst we are always interested in opinions we cannot accept responsibility for the level or quality of service provided at refreshment stops. 9. Regulation As Group Days Out Ltd do not operate tours of greater than 24 hours duration we are not subject to the Package travel, Package Tours Regulations 1992. 10. Food and drink The provision of food and drink is not included in any tour unless expressly stated in the tour description. 11. Passenger Numbers All tours will be charged for a minimum of 35 passengers. We will operate with fewer than 35 passengers on condition that 35 fares are paid. We will refund the fare for passengers who are unable to attend the tour provided the residual number on the tour is 35 or more. 12. Cancellations We recognise that there will be times when cancellation is unavoidable. On such occasions:
